When an asset is selected to be viewed, using this icon for example:
from a number of different locations, this will display the “View Asset” modal which is exampled here →
The View Asset modal is arranged into the following sections:
Asset Information -
Asset Name, Logo or Image, Asset ID, Asset Manufacturer Model and Type
Information Glyphs -
Like the Site Modal, the top-right space will show a number of information glyphs. As this is for a single asset, only the “Parts”, “2MT Parts” and 30-day production figures are shown in this context as per the example here:
Asset Details -
Below the asset name and image, all additional fields about the asset are displayed. These include fields applicable to all assets as well as fields specific to the asset type. As shown in the example, these are presented in a 2-column layout. As shown in the example, the site location for the asset is shown following the same styling used elsewhere, with a link to connect to that site’s manager.
In the example here we have Pit Assignment, Production Start Date, Starting Production, and Location.
Clicking the arrow button will open the Site Manager.
Asset Images, Documents and Links -
This section is collapsed by default - to open it, click on the arrow. This will expand the form and show any Asset Images, Documents and links that are attached to the asset in a table format.
The table shows the type of artefact, the name and the size, along with a delete and download button.
You are also able to Add an Item - this functionality is the same as Images, Documents and Links
Attached Asset -
This section of the view asset modal shows the Asset attached - same format as above with a Date Attached field.
Clicking the arrow button in this section will take you to the Asset Manager for the Attached Asset.
