The Primary Sales user panel on the Site Manager screen shows the 2MT sales users assigned to this site from the security model. Listed within this control are the top 2 or 3 users, determined by their status being “primary” against a site and their basic contact details as exampled here →
The panel contains the following information:
Title - “Sales Users Panel” and the total number of sales users (not just displayed) assigned to the site by name
Maximise - A button that will open the ‘View Site Modal” with the “Sales Users” group expanded
The panel has the following elements, laid out in an enquiry view table:
Primary Icon - An icon containing the solid “star” glyph indicating that the user is marked as “primary” against the site. On mouseover, the following tooltip text will be displayed: “This user is marked as “Primary” against this site.
User name - The first and last name of the user
Phone number - A phone icon followed by the primary phone number for the user
Email Address - An email icon followed by the email address for the user. On mouse-over, this glyph will show the tooltip, “Click here to email Greg McGahan”. If clicked, the system will open the current user’s email client to email the selected user.
It should be noted that the listed sales users cannot be altered from this view. Rather they are managed through the user management functionality by an authorised used.
