This functionality will take the content of the asset manager / dashboard and prepare a browser printable version via an excel template sheet, which is loaded in system configurationbetter formatted for printing.
When the user selects to Export Currently Fitted, it is based upon the parts which are set to be included in the standard print output for the asset.
The printer icons in the Export Column can be selected or deselected to include or not include in the export. They will change from Green to grey if they are not to be included.
Alternatively you can select All parts for printing or Unselect All parts for printing via the Operations menu:
The template for Currently Fitted is kept in Manage Report Templates under System Configuration
Once you are happy with the list of parts (or selection of parts) to be exported to the Currently fitted template, Selecting Export Currently Fitted from the operations menu will automatically populate and down load the currently fitted excel sheet.
