When you select Registration Processing from the Main Menu you are presented with a screen to search for new user registrations. To process a registration, click the Process button that appears adjacent to the registration details. The Process Registration window will appear.
 
Registration requests are ordered by registration type: owners, tenants and then agents. Each row lists the date the registration request occurred, the property address, the existing owner(s), the new owner/tenant/agent and the status of the most recent registration request.

To reduce the number of new user registrations displayed, click on the down arrow icon which is adjacent to the Registration Filters section of the screen. Some of the criteria available include -
  • Processing Status: Unprocessed registration requests as well as previously processed registration requests.
  • Result: Previously approved or rejected registration requests.
  • Submitted From / To: The date range within which the user submitted the registration request.
  • Moderated From / To: The date range within which the registration request was previously moderated.
  • Registration Type: The type of registration request.
  • User Type: Allows you to filter on registration requests from individuals or organisations.
Enter the relevant criteria and click Filter Registrations. Alternatively, click Back to return the Registration Processing

To process the new registration, view the information provided. Note that the Status icons indicate whether the information submitted by the user matches data from the rates database. Tick either Reject Registration or Approve Registration. In both cases some additional fields are required. When complete, click Skip to process the next registration. Alternatively, click Cancel to return to the Registration Processing screen.
