The second of the three tabs within the account / property summary will display all current water meters associated with the account with associated details. In the majority of cases, only a single water meter would be shown, though some properties or accounts may have many to display.
At the top of this section is the statement “This [property] has the following [number] water meters:”.
Below this is a list of all meters that will scroll if required.
Each meter shown will have the following attributes:
- Meter - The meter code / number.
- Meter icon - Any icons / glyphs relevant to the meter, which may include any of the following:
• Shared Meter - AMR - The AMR number or code
- AMR Continuity - As per the following table, a glyph to represent the data continuity for the AMR. This could be considered like the “signal strength” of the AMR.
- Reading - An infographic intended to give a visual representation of the meter reading from the
meter. - Reading Not Right - hyperlink which will allow the user to submit a “Reading Not Right” work request. This will connect to the Raise a Request page.
