Content Comparison

You are able to pre-populate the process advice form by Searching for a Property. 

Select the magnifying glass icon Image Addedbeside Property in the Process Advice form to open the Property Search Modal. 

Fields on the Property Search form are as follows: 

• Assessment No. -
• Reference No. -
• Meter Code -
• AMR No. -
• House No. - 
• Street Name -
• AMR Fitted -
• Private Meter Filter - drop down field containing the following options:
  • Exclude Private Meters
  • Include Private Meters
  • Only Private Meters
• Network Meter Filter - drop down field containing the following options:
  • Exclude Network Meters
  • Include Network Meters
  • Only Network Meters

Controls: 

• Close - Closes the form and returns you to the Process Advice page. 
• Clear - Clears any data entered into the form. 
• Search - Executes search for properties based on the data entered.

Property Search Results

When a successful search is executed the Property Search results are returned in a list with following information:

• Assessment 
• Parcel Ref
• Address
• Meter No.
• AMR No.

Select - Clicking this button for a Property within the Search results page will populate the Process Advice Form with the Property, Meter and AMR No. details. (if the Meter/ AMR Context is picked).
