An inspection report can be viewed by an authorised 2MT user displaying the same information described in Upload Inspection Report.
There are multiple ways of viewing an Inspection report.
Firstly - in the Asset manager there is a panel labelled Asset Inspection Reports. If there any inspection reports uploaded to the Asset they will be displayed here →
Clicking the View button will open the View Inspection Report modal.
Alternatively you can access the View inspection Report modal after Uploading a new report, once saved you are presented with the View Inspection Report modal and an extra section allowing artefacts such as documents, images and links to be attached.
This is primarily a read-only form however, depending on user permissions, the following may be possible on the form:
• The user can create a new sharable link by pressing the “copy” button next to the link
• The user can alter the link expiry date within the system’s defaults and constraints. If the recorded date is in the past, it should be formatted red.
• An authorised user is able to completely delete this inspection report. This action requires confirmation.
