An "Disengaged Client Report" reports on all users (or installations) which have removed the application completely.
Search filters are as follows:
- Report period
- Customer Name
- User Type
- Address
- Suburb
User Attributes & Status - (collapsed by default) contains more filters:
- Signup Type
- Account Status
- Sent a Notification
- Guest Users? - Include guest users (Default)
- Mobile Platform
- Recent Activity
- Submitted a Service Request
Results for the Disengagement Report contain the following:
- Device ID
- Public User ID
- Date Last Logged in
