The entry point into all customer / customer user functionality will be the customer user search function via Customer Management on the main menu.

The customer user search and the customer user search results form part of a 2-tab panel, with the “filters” tab active when the search parameters are being entered, and the “Customer User Results” tab active when results are displayed.


The Customer User search form is split into two sections: 

Customer Information - (This is expanded by default). 

Users can search using the following filters; 

  • Customer Name - User can enter all or part of the customer name
  • User Type
    • All (default value)
    • Individuals 
    • Organisations
  • Show Results As;
    • Screen Report (default value)
    • CSV File - *this is only available if the logged in user has Partial or Full access to Customers
  • Address - A free text box with autocomplete to match to a specific address known to the system
  • Suburb - A multi-select box for all suburbs configured.


User Attributes & Status - (This section is collapsed by default). 

  • Signup Typepossible signup types for the user based on the following
    •  All Known Users (Default)
    •  Users with Active Mobile Installation Only 
    •  Users with only a MiWater account
  • Account Status- the status of the account as
    • All Active Users (default value)
    • All Active, Locked Out Users
    • All Deactivated Users
  • Sent a Notification - date range control with presets. The presets are defined as;
    • Last 7 Days
    • Last 14 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • Last 60 Days
    • Last 90 Days
  • Guest Users? - A tri-state checkbox, defaulting to Include Guest Users
  • Mobile Platform - listing the possible mobile platforms as:
    • All (default value)
    • Apple iOS
    • Google Android
  • Recent Activity
    • Active Now
    • Last 24 Hours
    • Active since date - *If this option is picked a new field is displayed with a date calendar and presets list attached. 
  • Submitted a Service Request - The presets are defined as;
    • Last 7 Days
    • Last 14 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • Last 60 Days
    • Last 90 Days
    • Last Full Month
  • Deactivated Devices? A tri-state checkbox, defaulting to Exclude Deactived devices
