MiWater Mobile will be upgraded to permit the bulk manual reading of water meters. This functionality is proposed to be completed in a later task specification in more detail since it is intended to replace the need to use other mechanisms for water meter reads.
Until this has been completed, “Meter Reading” will remain a menu option but will display the message of “This functionality is currently under development”.Different from an advice, the meter read section allows you to simply take a meter reading and take simple notes regarding the location and environment of the meter.
This functionality is useful for not only conducting a meter reading, but also taking note of potential hazards that have arisen around the meter.
Similar to the advice section, the meter readings section contains the option to either record an individual read, or conduct a work order of reads.
