A notification can be sent to a single recipient, triggered from locations such as the customer user dashboard or the operations menu attached to the user search. When triggered from the main menu operation, the “Customer User Search” will be triggered with a context of “send notification”.
After selecting a recipient, (Via Customer User Search) the send single notification modal will appear. It should be noted that it would not be possible to change the recipient from this control once they have been tagged. The staff user would instead have to close the control and select another recipient through the search process.
