Selecting 'Manage Staff Users' from the Administration Menu opens the Staff User Search form.
Here, the staff user can search for other staff users (including themselves) using the following filters;
- Name - Enter all or some of either the first name or surname
- Role Name -Multi -Select box, containing the following;
- Content
- Customers
- Reporting
- Requests
- System
Staff User Search results displays the following;
- Full Name - Surname, First Name
- Email Address
- Phone
- Last Login (Date and Time)
- Operations Menu
Selecting a row from the Staff user search results will open the users profile in Modify mode. (Depending on the logged in users permissions).
Staff Users can also create a new User by selecting the button from the top right of screen.
