CHANGE Ownership

This function providers a simpler alternative to the mass change of ownership assignments between an assessment and one (or a group of) customers. If an current owners are not in the "NEW" grouping, their assignments will be concluded at the stated "effective end date".

Here, the user is able to create new ownership/ Account holder details as well as copy current ownership details and save an effective date of change for the record.
