The base-level contact information for the system which appears within the application will be configured through a simple panel form as defined in the following sections:
- Emergency Phone Contact - Text box validating as a phone number.
- Standard Phone Number - Text box validating as a phone number.
- Fax Number - Text box validating as a fax number
- Web Address - Text box validating as a valid web site address
- Email - Text box validating as a valid email address.
- Office Address - Text area box – free text.
