Selecting the Meters with reading exceptions card from the home dashboard will open the “Readings Exception Management” search results.

The parameters set by default are as follows:

  • Suburb - All

  • Scheme - All

  • Sort Order - Suburb/ Address

  • Inclusions - Unprocessed Exceptions

  • Exception sizes - All

  • Network Meters - Include Network Meters

  • Private Meters - Include Private Meters

  • Supply Meters - Include Supply Meters

  • AMRs Flagged for Investigation - Include AMRs Flagged for Investigation

  • Quarantined AMRs - Include Quarantined AMRs

  • ANR Vendor - All

  • AMR Type - All
