Reset Password

Selecting the Reset Password option from any context (such as the user search or user dashboard), will display a modal control asking the you to confirm the reset of the user’s password. It should be noted that the password reset process is only triggered from the management portal, but is actually executed within the MiWater Public system via API. As a result, the email which is sent to the user with the reset details will actually come from MiWater.



The following should be noted about this form

  • The content shared with the staff user should be able to be customised within the system by an administrator.
  • The staff user must select the checkbox as per the example before the form can be submitted.
  • The “Reset Password” button will only appear after the checkbox has been checked.
