Selecting 'Manage Staff Users' from the Administration Menu will open the Staff User Search form. 

Here, the staff user can search for other staff users (including themselves) using the following filters;

  • Name - Enter all or some of either the first name or surname
  • Role Name -Multi -Select box, containing the following;
    • Content
    • Customers
    • Reporting
    • Requests
    • System





Staff User Search results displays the following;

  • Full Name - Surname, First Name
  • Email Address 
  • Phone
  • Last Login (Date and Time)
  • Operations Menu 
    • Manage User / Roles
    • Reset Password
    • Delete User

Selecting a row from the Staff user search results will open the users profile in Modify mode. (Depending on the logged in users permissions). 

Staff Users can also create a new User by selecting the  button from the top right of screen.
