Engagement Report
Designed to assist in identifying the number and type of users which are engaged with the system on a regular basis, with suitable filters for date and time.
Users can filter the information returned in the report by using the search form:
- Report Period
- Customer Name
- User Type
- Address
- Suburb
For more filters select the User Attributes & Status section (Collapsed by default)
- Signup Type
- Account Status
- Sent a Notification
- Guest Users - Include Guest users (default)
- Mobile Platform
- Recent Activity
- Submitted a Service Request
The report will state the following:
- Number of Active Users
- Number of Inactive Users
- 0 Minutes Usage in Period
- 0 – 5 minutes
- 5 – 10 minutes
- 10 – 15 minutes
- 15 – 30 minutes
- 30 – 60 minutes
- > 60 minutes
