Add Zero Consumption Event

Adding a zero consumption event to a meter can be done either via the operations menu in the top right of the Meter/AMR installation page or via the + Add Zero Consumption Event button found in the Zero Consumption History section of the page, see the example here →

When you select to Add a Zero Consumption event onto a Meter/AMR installation, its recorded with a timestamp, user and description within the Zero Consumption History section, along with an Outcome which can either be set to ‘Valid zero consumption’ or ‘Further Investigation Required’.

A Zero Consumption Event can be Deleted if you see the Red Bin icon for the Zero Consumption row.
