Advice's & Batch Advice Processing

The Aqualus Water Windows 8 application is used to capture and “advice” which covers off new installations, replacements and removals for both water meters and AMRs. 

An advice can be saved even if not passing validation checks, however, the advice will not be counted as valid until it gains a status of COMPLETE.
