When you open MiWater you will be prompted to log into the system. Logging in is facilitated via the entry of a username and password or a domain login. Domain Log In does not require you to enter any credentials, rather, it uses your windows authenticated username and password.
If incorrect login details are supplied, you will be prompted to re-enter your username and password information. If you have forgotten your login details, click the “Forgot Password?” link and you will be redirected to a password reset page. Here you will be prompted to enter your username and email address. Once complete, click “Reset” and a new password will be sent to your email address. After successfully logging on, the home dashboard will be displayed.
