The manage system lists section of the system is available to users with system administrator access only (see Figure 186).

To change the values stored within a system list or add new values, click on the “Select” button that is adjacent to the list. A new form will be displayed that lists existing values for the system list (see Figure 187)

To add a list value, enter the details in the form provided (see Figure 188) and then click “Add”. Clicking the “Back” button at the bottom of the page will return you to the manage system lists screen.

To edit a list value, click the “Edit” button adjacent the value. A window will be displayed containing the existing values similar to what is shown in Figure 188. Update the details as necessary and then click “Update” to save the changes. Click the “Cancel” button to return to the list of values and cancel any changes that have been made.

To delete a list value, click the “Delete” button adjacent the list value. An alert box will then prompt you to confirm this action (see Figure 189).

Click the “Confirm Delete” button to remove the value from MiWater. Click the “Cancel” button to return to the list of values and cancel the operation.
