This section will allow users of the system that do not have automated processes in place, to modify data to directly change data within MiWater.
The modify Assessment data operation allows the user to first search for assessments, and have their assessments linked to the address displayed by default.
The user is then able to select to view, modify, delete, or change the ownership of the Assessment.
