Search Parameters:
- Report Type: Choose between two options.
- Comprehensive Details: Generates a report to view or export as an Excel file.
- Data Export for Action or Inspection: Generate a report to send, providing information on future actions or inspections.
- Meter Install Date From/To: The date range in which a meter was installed (optional).
- AMR Activation Date From/To: The date range in which the AMR was installed (optional).
- Point in time Active Date: Includes all meters that were active on the given date (optional).
- Suburb: Filter results by suburb (optional).
- Scheme: Filer results by scheme (optional).
- Private Meter: Exclude, include or only show private meters.
- Supply Meters: Exclude, include or only show supply meters.
- Trade Waste Meters: Exclude, include or only show trade waste meters.
- DMA: Filter by District Metered Area (optional).
- Include child DMAs: Include/exclude sub DMAs.
- Meter Inlet Size (mm): Filter by meter inlet size (optional).
- Meter Model: The model name of the meter (optional).
- Public Registration: Does the meter have a registration in the public facing system?
- AMR Model: Filter by AMR Model (optional)
- AMR Fitted: Choose whether to list meters with/without AMRs, or both (optional).
- AMRs Flagged for Investigation: Include, exclude or only show AMRs that have been flagged for investigation (optional).
- Property Type: The type of property the Meters/AMRs are on (optional).
- Rate Type: The rate type charged to the property the Meters/AMRs are on (optional).
- Meter No List: A list of meter numbers, separated by a semicolon or comma. Entering values here will limit the report results to the provided meter numbers.
- Account No List: A list of Account numbers, separated by a semicolon or comma. Entering values here will limit the report results to the provided account numbers.
- AMR No List: A list of AMR numbers, separated by a semicolon or comma. Entering values here will limit the report results to the provided AMR numbers (optional).
- Inclusions: Specifies the data to include in the report. Each check box may represent multiple columns of data in the report (optional).
Result Columns:
- Parcel Ref: The unique property identity.
- Account Number: Account number assigned to the property.
- Meter No: The meter’s unique code.
- AMR No: The attached AMR’s number.
- Property House No: House number of the property associated with the meter.
- Property Street: The property street.
- Property Suburb: The property suburb.
- Property Post Code: The property post code.
- Scheme Name: Name of the scheme the meter belongs to.
