The readings export function allows the user to generate a file in the desired format, containing automatic, physical or both reading types. To generate a file, first select your filter options. The following options are available.
Filter Options:
- Method: Export Manual, Automatic or both reading classifications.
- Data Tolerance: The number of days prior to the “Billing Date” when an automatic reading can be used.
- Estimates for Skips: If checked, an estimate read will be used for the meter where no other valid read exists.
- Billing Date: The cut-off date for billing.
- Suburb: The suburb the reading is associated with.
- Runs: One or more run codes, delimited by space, comma, or semicolon.
- Export Schema: The file schema that will be used when exporting the report.
Once all the desired filter options have been selected, click the Search button. This will then display all the available readings. To export the report, select the Export to CSV button at the bottom left of the page. Select Cancel to go back to the Field Operations Management Menu.
