To create a new TWN, from the Trade Waste Meter Management page, click the “Create New Trade Waste Network” button. Upon clicking, a popup enabling the creation of a new TWN will appear (see Figure 134). To create a TWN, fill in the required fields, then select Save. To return back to the TWN meter management page, click Cancel.
Create/Modify TWN Fields:
- Name: The name of the new TWN.
- Customer: The name of the customer who owns/administrates the TWN. Note that this field will suggest customer names upon text entry. Once the correct customer appears in the list of suggestions, click their name to fill in the field.
- Contact Name: Name of the preferred contact for correspondence relating to the TWN.
- Position: The specified contact’s position.
- Contact Email: The specified contact’s email address.
- Phone Number: The specified contact’s phone number.
- Select Account(s): After selecting a customer, a list of available accounts will appear. Check the accounts you would like to include in the TWN.
- Comments: Any related notes or information you would like to include.
