This section will permit an authorised user to construct a batch of readings to be issued to a specific mobile device to be completed by a mobile user.
Reading Batch Search
On entering the page, the “Reading Batch Search” page will be displayed.This page allows you to search for specific batches. Enter the desired parameters, then select Search to display batches. Select Cancel to return to Field Operations Management.
The following search parameters apply.
Search parameters:
- Completed: Used to include or exclude batches.
- Checked Out: Used to include or exclude batches based on their checked-out status.
- Date From: If specified, the creation date of the batch must be later or on this date.
- Date To: If specified, the creation date of the batch must be before or on this date.
- Batch Name: Full or partial name of the batch.
- Device Name: Full or partial name of the device (or its unique ID).
Result Columns:
- Name: Name of the batch.
- Run: The run(s) assigned to the batch. If more than 2 are assigned, the word “multiple” is displayed.
- Readings: The number of meter readings required for the batch.
- Created: The date time and user account that created the batch.
- Completed: The date time and user account that completed the batch. If the batch is incomplete, the word “Incomplete” is shown.
- Status: An icon to indicate if the batch is currently checked out, checked in or complete.
- Select: A drop-down menu button listing options available for each batch. These include the following.
- VIEW: View the batch.
- MODIFY: Available only when the batch is incomplete and checked in.
- DELETE: Available only when the batch is incomplete and checked in.
