When a specific request has been selected for viewing, it will be displayed in a navigation page as per the examples here.
Elements of the Service request in view mode:
Title - “Request: #[id number]”
Group Header - “Request Information”
Request Type - The type of request.
Raised - The timestamp when the request was raised.
Status - The current status of the request. This will state “Pending Resolution” for incomplete requests and “Complete” with a green icon for completed / resolved requests.
Completed -The timestamp when the request was completed (if applicable)
Response from [organisation name] - The full response from GWCC.
Details of Request -The details raised by the user in the original request.
Location - The physical location of the request supplied by the user, including GPS coordinates.
Photos - Provided Any image supplied with the request (if applicable). The user can select this image to view it in full screen.Images here are mock ups from the spec - need a good example in the test environment to pop here instead
A complete request will include some additional information such as the timestamp completed and a response from GWCC which will originate from a user within the management portal.
