The Record Notification operation enables the user to record a communication that has recently occurred with a designated customer. To record a notification, enter the communication details into the fields listed.
- Notification Type: The type of notification sent to the customer.
- Method of Communication: The channel of communication used to notify the customer.
- Account: The account to which the notification relates.
- Customer: The property owner to which the notification relates.
- Date Issued: The date the notification was first issued to the customer (This may not be the same date as the creation of the notification in MiWater.)
- Notification details: Details of the notification.
Once all the parameters have been entered, click the “Save” button. To go back to the Account Dashboard, click the “Back” button. Please note that if “Email” or “SMS” are selected, the notification will be sent to the customer selected.
