The Account Information portlet provides general information about the account (such as the owner and lot identifier), details of the property that it relates to, AMR details and meter installation details.
Note the next to the AMR field in the example screenshot provided. This icon indicates that one or all of the AMRs assigned to this property are in exception or quarantined (Hover hover over the icon for more information). For more information on exceptions and quarantines see Figure 81 and Figure 86.Clicking on the property name will take you to the account dashboard with information grouped by property rather than account. Clicking on the icon next to the Owner(s) field opens a window which details owner information.
Clicking on the icon in the AMR(s) field opens a window listing the details of all the AMRs associated with the Account.
To view the details relevant to a meter and its installation, click on the icon next to the Water Meter(s) field in the Account Information portlet. This will open a new window. This window shows all “active” meter(s) associated with the assessment. To also show “Inactive” Water Meter(s), click the “Show Inactive” button at the bottom right of the window.
