Approve, Save and Send

Selecting this option will approve and save all of the notifications that have been marked in the list and commence the send process (for emails and SMSes). Note that this option will also leave all unchecked items in the queue to be reviewed later if required (or cancelled completely).

When this option is selected, a modal will appear for confirmation with the following text: “Confirm Approve, Save and Send – By confirming this action, you will be saving all of the notifications that have been checked in this form. All letters will be finalised and stored against the customer’s records and all emails and SMSes will be immediately sent”.

After the user confirms this action and the processing has been completed, the system will then take all of the selected letter PDFs and perform the final merge of these into larger documents. Once complete, the user will be redirected to the “Batch Printed Leak Letters” form which will allow the user to download the merged PDFs.

Note that all unchecked notifications must not be in the merged PDFs.Leak Notification ConfirmationImage Removed
