Selecting the Complete JSA button from the Process Advice form opens the Job Safety Analysis form.
Here, you are able to enter the following information;

- Animal Hazard
- Asbestos
- Bush Vegetation
- Confined Space
- Live Service
- Manual Handling
- Remote Locations
- Syringe/ Needles
- Traffic / Pedestrian Management
- Other: - Free text
Controls:
Cancel - Button will close the form and not save the data
Save - Will save the data entered and add it to the Advice you are processing
