Job Safety Analysis

Selecting the Complete JSA button from the Process Advice form opens the Job Safety Analysis form. 

Note: As a business process, this is usually filled in when the worker notes are being filled out and finalized. 

Here, you are able to enter the following information; 

• Activity - Pre-populates from the Process Advice form
• Property - Pre-populates from the Process Advice form
• Meter Location - Pre-populates from the Process Advice form
• Date/ Time -  pre populates from the Worker notes / Process Advice form

Hazard Inspection and Analysis check boxes: 

• Animal Hazard
• Asbestos
• Bush Vegetation
• Confined Space
• Live Service
• Manual Handling
• Remote Locations 
• Syringe/ Needles 
• Traffic / Pedestrian Management
• Other: - Free text

• Have you identified the action proposed to eliminate or control the risk? - Drop down field containing Yes/ No
  • A drop down field is also shown to show 'who' or 'How' you answered the question. This field contains the following options;
    • Administrate
    • Eliminate
    • Engineer
    • Isolate
    • PE
    • Substitute
• Is this site hazard assessment complete? - Drop down field containing Yes/No

Other Comments: Free text field

• Cancel - Button will close the form and not save the data 
• Save - Will save the data entered and add it to the Advice you are processing
