Selecting the Complete JSA button from the Process Advice form opens the Job Safety Analysis form.
Here, you are able to enter the following information;
- Activity - Pre-populates from the Process Advice form
- Property - Pre-populates from the Process Advice form
- Meter Location - Pre-populates from the Process Advice form
- Date/ Time - Enter the Date and time of job - pre populates from the Worker notes? Ask Tom
Hazard Inspection and Analysis check boxes:
- Animal Hazard
- Asbestos
- Bush Vegetation
- Confined Space
- Live Service
- Manual Handling
- Remote Locations
- Syringe/ Needles
- Traffic / Pedestrian Management
- Other: - Free text
Controls:
- Cancel - Button will close the form and not save the data
- Save - Will save the data entered and add it to the Advice you are processing
