The manage companion data section is available to users with system administrator access only.
If new data is required for the Properties group, you are able to access the 
form via either the Manage Companion Data - Installed Meters Search/ Search results pages
On entry to the create Meter Installation form, you are presented with three sections to populate;
Meter Details
- Meter Code - The code for the meter
- External Key Ref - The original identifier of the install (meter fact) for the external source
- Property - Property Associated with the installed meter
- Meter Type - The make or model type of the meter
- Tariff Rate - Rate used for the billing attached to this install
- Run - A run number from the external source
- Run Sequence - A run sequence from the external source
Installations Details
- Activated Timestamp - Timestamp when this meter was activated on install (Date & Time)
- Deactivated Timestamp- Timestamp when this meter was deactivated (Date & Time)
- Hazard Text 1 - Text description of potential hazards relating to this install
- Hazard Text 2 - Text description of potential hazards relating to this install
- Meter Notes - Text notes relating to the meter install
- Location Notes - Text note relating to the location of the meter install
- Latitude / Longitude - Latitude & Longitude of the given meter install
- Initial Reading (kL) - Initial read of the meter at the point of installation
- Final Reading (kL) - Final read of the meter at the point of installation
- Network Meter Flag -A flag to indicate if this is a network meter
- Private Meter Flag - A flag to indicate if this meter is part of a private network (PMN)
- Master Meter Flag - A flag to indicate if this is a master meter
- Deductive Meter Flag - A flag to indicate if this is a deductive meter
- Slave Mater Flag - A flag to indicate if this is a slave meter
- Trade Waste Meter Flag - A flag to indicate if this is a trade waste meter
- Fire Meter Flag - A flag to indicate if this is a fire meter
