A new panel will be created that will display rich content as instructions for common activities relating to a meter or AMR installation. These instructions are intended to focus primarily on the installation and swipe of the AMR associated with a water meter, but since these are determined from the SRM Model information described in Section 4.4,
could also include instructions specific to the water meter.
The context of how this control is called will determine what instructions will be displayed in this modal. The following rules will therefore apply:
