The Customer details portlet displays all contact and settings information about the Customer associated to an Assessment.

Details here include;

General Details:

  • External Customer Key

  • Tittle

  • Given Name

  • Surname

  • Home Phone

  • Mobile

  • Work Phone

  • Email (Clicking the email icon will launch your email account and pre-populate the new email with the customers address).

Customer Settings:

  • Do not SMS?

  • Do not Email

Postal Details:

  • Address

  • Street

  • Post Code

  • Suburb

The operations menu to the top right of the portal contain the following functions:

  • Record Customer Communication

  • Modify Customer Data

  • No labels
