The Leak Notification Confirmation page displays all the notifications that are awaiting approval to save and sent to the customer.

Information displayed here includes:

  • Address

  • Meter

  • Recipient(s)

  • User Generated

  • Size

  • Notification (Type)

And a Check box for Save and Send alternatively you can cancel.

 

If you wish to Approve, save and send the notification(s) you have checked, a confirmation box is presented for your confirmation.

Once the leak notifications are sent, you are able to View the Leak Report and View the Letters.
