The Leak Notification Summary allows the operator to review all of the notifications that have bene generated in a specific period of time. The Report has the following parameters;

  • Dates from and to – Defaulting to the last day

  • Notification Source – A drop down list containing:

    • ALL (Default)

    • Operator Generated – Single Alert

    • Operator Generated – Bulk Alerts

    • System Generated - Private System

    • System Generated – Public Customer Portal

 

 

 

Search results:

  • Address

    • The full property address in standard format - Click to drill down and open up the property Dashboard for that address. 

  • Meter

    • The meter code with a control to the meter information control. Clicking on the will open the meter details. The denotes a shared assessment for that meter. 

  • Recipient(s)

    • The names of the recipients of the notification, which will be either the names of the customers or “The Resident” depending on the mode.

  • User Generated

    • The name of the user that generated the notification.

  • Time Generated

    • The date and time when the notification was generated.

  • Destination

    • The method by which the alert was generated

  • Notification

    • A button that will allow the user to review the details of the notification. Depending on the notification type
