Client Reporting Panel

This panel represents statistics, trends and an overview of customer behavior of the solution. Within this panel, you will find a number of different reports which you can select or scroll through relating primarily to the client or end users’ interaction with the mobile application.

For each of these chart variants, a different user permission may apply and therefore, users may not see every chart defined here;

• Cumulative Application Installations (30 days)
• Application Daily Engagement (30 days)
• Notifications Method History (30 days)
• Push Notifications Summary (30 days)
• Open Service Request History (30 days)

The Client Reporting Panel has controls to allow you to see the desired information.

The currently selected chart variant is displayed in quotes. This space also functions as a drop-down list. Selection of a different menu item will reload the contents of the chart. 

Click the  button to set to full screen, its functionality will remain identical to the minimized version, with the following additions;

Period - A multi-date picker with presets. The presets are determined by the selected reporting period. Changing the period will reload the data in the displayed chart. Presets are;

Download -  The raw data that drives this chart can be downloaded as a CSV file.

The Client panel footer contains the following controls;

Carousel Dots -  This sequence of square dots represent each of the different chart variants in the carousel. Selecting one of these will shift the carousel to that metric (and highlight that dot).

Information - An information icon which will reveal a tool-tip with a description of the current variant.

Navigate Left - A button to navigate the carousel one step to the left (with cycle to the end)

Navigate Right - A button to navigate the carousel one step to the right (with cycle to the start)
