Notifications History Report Results

Search results will be displayed in an “enquiry view”, based on the parameters specified within the search form . As described in Notifications History Report. When the results are displayed, the second tab in the panel is activated, given the title, “Notifications Results ([number])”. You are able to alter the parameters for the filtering by re-selecting the “Filters” tab and changing these parameters. When this occurs, the parameters previously entered will remain visible.


The results displayed within the panel are defined as per the following:

  • Recipient(s) - For single notifications, the name of the recipient user is shown in the format of “surname, first name”. For group notifications: the text “[number] Recipients” is shown. Note that if the staff user does not have role level for [customers] of 1,2 or 3, the name of the recipient user is hidden.
  • Notification Title - The title of the notification
  • Notification Type - An icon to represent the type of notification that was sent, based on the following options:
  • Time sent - The full, formatted time
  • Sending User - The name of the user or service that sent the notification. This is displayed with an appropriate icon for the user type, followed by the name of the user. The possible icons for these are defined as;
  • Received? - A visual indicator is shown to indicator if the user has “received” the notification. Where the user mouses over these indicators, a suitable tooltip should be shown, using the following text as a reference. For single / individual notifications, the following may occur:
  • For multiple or group notifications, an alternate version of this indicator will be shown. This includes the percentage of notifications received that were sent, with the contents of the indicator growing from left to right based on that percentage like a bar chart. The following examples demonstrate this;
    • NOTE: for Emails and SMSes, these will not report using this indicator
  • Opened? - The “opened” indicator functions identically to the “received” indicator, using the “received” icon. For single notifications, the following tool-tip text will be shown:
    • For group notifications, the percentage control described in the previous item will apply, using the “opened” icon. Note that for Emails and SMSes, these will not report using this indicator.
