Creating a DMA with a Grouping of Assessments

In some cases, you may want to create a grouping of assessments to track and report against throughout various reports available in Aqualus. Regardless of whether assessments are geographically grouped together or not, this is possible through a DMA.

Note that this process can only be used to group assessments for reporting purposes. Other functionality of the DMA, like Net and Gross usage charts, will not function as intended.

Creating a DMA and grouping Assessments

From the home page, select Main Menu → Network → Manage DMAs
From here, select an appropriate Scheme from the left menu selector.

If you would prefer to place the DMA into a completely new scheme, add the new scheme through the System Tables section.
Select Create New DMA and insert the desired DMA details. Under Assignment Mode select Street and Suburb Rules. Then Save the DMA.
Select the newly created DMA to access its dashboard. From there, select Operations → ASSIGN Assessment To This DMA
From here, enter your desired assessment numbers to associate with the DMA.
Be sure to separate all numbers by a ; (semicolon) or , (colon)
Your assessments will now be associated with the DMA. To view usage information for all meters within the DMA, filter by DMA in the report you wish to view.
