Incorrect Reading Requests
This report provides information about users who have submitted incorrect reading requests via Aqualus Water Customer Portal. To run the report, enter the desired search parameters then select Run Report. Alternatively, click Back to return to the Site Reporting menu.
The results shown list cases where a user has submitted an incorrect reading request. Once the report returns results, various row options are available. Where a request has already been processed, click View to see the details of the action take. Where a request has not yet been processed, click Process to manage the Incorrect Reading Request. Alternatively, click Back to return to the Site Reporting menu.
