Zero Consumption Report

The Zero Consumption report provides information on AMRs which have returned a pulse count of zero over the reporting period. See below for report search parameters.

Search Parameters:

  • Reporting Period: The range of days in which to show reporting data. A custom date range can be used by selecting Date Period and filling in the Date From/Date To fields.

  • Date From: Choose the starting date of a custom Date Period (optional)

  • Date To: Choose the ending date of a custom Date Period (optional)

  • Property Type: The type of property the AMR is associated with (optional)

  • Rate Type: The property rate type (optional)

  • Suburb: Limit results by suburb (optional)

  • Scheme: Limit results by scheme (optional)

  • DMA: A District Metered Area (optional)

    • Include child DMAs: Include/exclude sub DMAs.

  • Maximum Non-Zero Pulse Counts in Reporting Period: The maximum number of pulses within the reporting period with a value greater than 0 (0 by default).

  • Minimum Average Daily Pulse Counts in Reporting Period: If an AMR had an average daily pulse count during the period less than this figure it will be excluded from the results (1 by default).

  • Only Include Meters/AMRs That Have Changed in Reporting Period

  • Include AMRs Flagged for Investigation: Include AMRs that are currently flagged for investigation.

  • Supply Meters: Choose whether to exclude, include or only show Supply Meters.

  • Private Meters: Choose whether to exclude, include, or only show Private Meters.

  • Trade Waste Meters: Choose whether to exclude, include or only show Supply Meters.

  • Public Registration: Choose whether to exclude, include, or only show properties with an active registration in the public facing system.

  • Inclusion Type: Specify an item type to filter results by.

  • Inclusions: Enter a list of items (, or ; separated) of the specified item type to only include results pertaining to those items (optional).

  • Account Type and Water Use Type can be added as a search parameter to this report - Configurable on request

Once all the desired fields have been set, click “Search”. If you want to go back to the Reporting Menu, click “Back”.

 

Result Columns:

  • AMR No: The unique AMR ID number.

  • Account Number: The account number the AMR is associated with.

  • Meter No: The unique code of the meter the AMR is attached to.

  • Suburb: The suburb in which the AMR is located.

  • Address: The address the AMR is located at.

  • Billing Address: The billing address of the AMR.

  • Owner Name: The name of the property owner.

  • Zero Pulses Count: The number of pulses with a value of zero indicating no water usage between the current and previous pulse. Note that the darker red the field is, the greater the number of zero pulses.

  • Non-Zero Pulses Count: The amount of times the AMR has returned a reading greater than zero.

  • Date AMR Installed: The date the AMR was installed.

  • Meter Changed in Reporting Period: Whether the meter has been changed during the period specified.

  • AMR Changed in Reporting Period: Whether the AMR has been changed during the period specified.

  • Latest Manual Reading: The result of the most recent manual reading of the meter.

  • Latest Reading Timestamp: The date and time of the most recent manual reading.
