The manage companion data section is available to users with system administrator access only.
If new data is required for the Properties group, you are able to access the 
form via either the Manage Companion Data - Properties Search / Search results forms.
On entry to the create property form, you are presented with three sections to populate;
Property Address Details
- Formatted Full Address - The formatted physical address for the property
- House No - The physical house number
- Street Name - The physical street address name
- Suburb - The properties physical Suburb name (drop down field)
- Postcode - The physical postcode
- Parcel Reference - The Parcel reference of the property
- Parcel Ref - The parcel reference from the external source
- External Key Ref - The original identifier of the property from the external source
Property Associations
- Land Use - The land use name and code for the property
- Owner Name - The name of the property owner
- Centroid Position - The latitude and longitude of the property. Clicking the
icon - will open a map popup for you to drop a pin on at the position of the property
Property Postal Details
- Postal Address Line 1 - Postal Address of the owner (Line 1)
- Postal Address Line 2 - Postal Address of the owner (Line 2)
- Postal Address Line 3 - Postal Address of the owner (Line 3)
- Postal Address Line 4 - Postal Address of the owner (Line 4)
- Postal Address Line 5 - Postal Address of the owner (Line 5)
- Postal Street
- Postal Suburb
- Postal Postcode
