The manage companion data section is available to users with system administrator access only.
Within this section there are a number of forms available to create, modify, delete and manage the following records - customers / owners, properties, assessments, meters. Click on the “Select” button adjacent to the type of record you wish to update.
A search screen will then be provided. Enter the criteria for the record that you wish to modify, delete or manage. Locate the relevant record in the search results and click on the adjacent “Operations” menu for a list of available options. If you wish to create a new record click on the “Create” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Customers and Owners
The following Search parameters can be populated to find customer and owner data;
- Owner / Customer Name - Part or all of the customer's name. This field will be searched against all names of individual customers and company names
- External Key Ref - The key reference used for the customer record within other companion systems
- Linked Property - To filter on a current or past association for the customer to a specific property, enter all or part of that address here
- Linked Water Account No - To filter on a current or past association for the customer to a specific water account, enter all or part of that water account number here
- Customer Company Flag - Select this checkbox to filter on only customer records
Search results contain the following data:
- Name and External key ref
- Contact details
- Phone
- Mobile
- Postal Address
- Current Associated Assessments
- Operations menu
- View / Modify and Delete item
Properties
The following Search parameters can be populated to find Property data;
- Owner / Customer Name - Part or all of the customer's name. This field will be searched against all names of individual customers and company names for properties which are associated with those customers
- Address - To filter on all or part of the property address
- Suburb - To filter on all or part of the Suburb name
- Street - To filter on all or part of the street name
- Water Account No - To filter on a current or past association of a water account to a property
Search results contain the following data;
- Property Address
- Water account No
- Owner(s)
- Postal Address
- Operations menu
- View / Modify and Delete item
Assessments
The following Search parameters can be populated to find Assessment data;
- Owner / Customer Name - Part or all of the customer's name. This field will be searched against all names of individual customers and company names for properties which are associated with those customers
- Address - To filter on all or part of the property address
- Suburb - To filter on all or part of the Suburb name
- Street - To filter on all or part of the street name
- Assessment No - To filter on a current or past association of a water account to a property
- Meter No - To filter on a meter number
Search results contain the following data;
- Assessment No
- Property Address
- Owner(s)
- Postal Address
- Assigned Meters
- Operations menu
- View / Modify and Delete item
Water Meters Installed
The following Search parameters can be populated to find Installed Meter data;
- Owner / Customer Name - Search customer names associated to meters. This can be either the whole or partial name
- Address - Search an address associated to meters
- Suburb - The address suburb
- Street - The physical street address
- Assessment No - Search based on water account number
- Meter No - The code for the meter
Search results contain the following data;
- Meter No - clicking will display the meter details in a popup screen
- AMR No - clicking will display the AMR details in a popup screen
- Property Address/ (Assessment No)
- Assessment No and the percentage of water that gets billed to the assessment for that meter
