Reset Password

To reset a user's password select Reset Password from the Operations menu that is adjacent to the user's name. 
The Confirm Password Reset window will appear.
Check the option to indicate that you have verified the username and email address and then click Reset Password. 
A confirmation message will be displayed and an email will be sent to the user to initiate the reset password process.
