The Property Heat Map report facilitates the conceptualisation of water information through the medium of a map. This report allows you to view, Data Continuity, Leak Detection and Zero Pulse information.

The report parameters are as follows (see Figure 43).

Search Parameters:

  • Report Type: The type of report to generate.
  • Reporting Dates: Limits report results to the date range specified.
  • Suburb: Limits report results to a selected suburb (optional).
  • DMA: A District Metered Area (optional).
    • Include child DMAs: Include/exclude sub DMAs.
  • Private Meters: Choose whether to exclude, include, or only show Private Meters.
  • Supply Meters: Choose whether to exclude, include or only show Supply Meters.
  • Trade Waste Meters: Choose whether to exclude, include or only show Trade Waste Meters.
  • Installation Type: How the physical AMR is installed.
  • Show Receiver Stations: Choose whether Receiver Stations listen in the system constants are shown (optional).
  • Public Registration: Does the meter have a registration from the public facing system.
  • Include AMRs Flagged for Investigation: Include AMRs that are currently flagged for investigation (optional).

Once all the desired fields have been set, click “Search”. If you want to go back to the Reporting Menu, click “Back”.

Once the report is generated, a map will be shown listing all areas matching the criteria (see Figure 44). In this case, the data continuity report type was used, however, all reports output similar looking data.


Each green, orange or red  dot, represent an AMR as indicated by the legend (this will vary from each report). To view the data for a specific AMR, click on its dot representation and a dialogue will appear containing relevant information. Map navigation is accomplished by dragging the map using the mouse. To modify the zoom, either scroll in/out with the mouse or press the or buttons.


Receiver Stations

Optionally within this report, the report type “Receiver Stations” can be selected. This will show all receiver stations listed in the system constants (see Figure 45).
