The Automatic Leak Notifications page allows the user to set the configuration to send automatic leak notifications.

Fields here include:

  • Status- Either enabled or disabled (On or Off)

  • Period - Leak Report Period in Days

  • Zeroes Threshold - Number of zeroes allowed within a reporting period

  • Quality Threshold - The Minimum number of data points per day

  • Private Meters - Include exclude or only show private meters in the results

  • Supply Meters - Include exclude or only show supply meters in the results

  • Compound Meters - Include exclude or only show compound meters in the results

  • Meters flagged for investigation - include or don’t

  • Meters with Public Registrations - include or don’t

  • Alert suspended after (Days) - The number of days of consecutive alerts after which the system will no longer send any alerts

  • When to Send SMS - Specific time
