Shadow User Account (FULL CONTROL)

To shadow a user account (i.e. view a page as an end user will see it with the ability to make changes), select Shadow User Account (FULL CONTROL) from the Operations menu that is adjacent to the user's name. The Confirm Shadow User Account window will appear. Confirm the statement shown and click Start Shadowing. Alternatively, click Cancel to return to the Manager Users and Registrations screen.

When shadowing a user, a notification banner will persist as shown in the example screen. While shadowing a user, you have the ability to act as though you are the user being shadowed and have the ability to modify data in Aqualus Water Customer Portal. Click Stop Shadowing to return to the Staff Home Dashboard.
